Monetization lets your application earn revenue from transactions through app fees. Set a fee rate for eligible smart-account transactions, and Rhinestone collects the fee alongside execution rather than requiring a separate payment flow. App fees are distinct from gas, bridge, swap, and Rhinestone protocol fees. They remain user-paid, even when your application sponsors other transaction costs.

Set your application’s fee

The custom signer SDK lets you specify an app-fee rate per transaction. The selected quote includes the calculated fee, so your application can show users what they will pay before they sign. Collection requires a supported route and an eligible asset. A transaction can execute without collecting an app fee when those requirements are not met; the quote shows whether a fee will be collected.

Collect and withdraw revenue

Collected fees accrue to your project, not to an individual wallet. Balances are recorded in USD at collection and are net of Rhinestone’s share, which comes from the app fee rather than increasing the user’s charge. Use the Dashboard to monitor balances, configure a payout address, and withdraw available revenue to a supported chain and token.
