'evm' selects an EVM hex address; 'solana' selects a native Solana
address. Address-only receivers support this read, not managed signing.
With a concrete config the configured VM’s address is guaranteed; widened
configuration types can include undefined in the return type.
Method on an account instance returned by createAccount. VM-neutral method; pass a configured VM. EVM addresses use Address, Solana addresses use SolanaAddress; widened configurations may also return undefined.
