# Sponsorship & monetization

> Cover transaction fees for your users, and earn revenue from app fees.

Both work on the fees attached to a transaction, in opposite directions: one decides which costs your application absorbs, the other adds a fee your application collects.

## Sponsorship

Pay gas, bridge, swap, and Rhinestone protocol fees on behalf of users. Cover a first transaction, subsidize selected interactions, or offer a fee-free experience, with project and organization spending limits managed in the Dashboard.

## Monetization

Set an app-fee rate on eligible transactions. The quote shows the fee before the user signs, and balances accrue to your project for withdrawal through the Dashboard.

App fees stay user-paid even when your application sponsors the other costs.
